Nohea Kai Shop Policies

 

• Exchanges & Returns: Because our items are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

• Sizing Issues: For clothing, if a size doesn’t work out, we’re happy to exchange for another size (if available). Buyer is responsible for shipping.

• Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale.

• Shipping: Orders ship from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi within 5–7 business days. We’ll provide tracking once your package is on its way. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.

• Market Purchases: All in-person sales at markets are final.
